Innovative solutions require fresh perspectives - it's time to shake the world.

Arin is a cognitive scientist passionate about applying her expertise to understand consumer behavior and inform business strategies. She works alongside clients to operationalize big questions and bring the consumer voice to life.  Arin specializes in customized qualitative and quantitative approaches to triangulate nuanced problems and avoid the pitfalls of standardized consumer research – digging deep beyond what people say to uncover what really drives them.

At Insight, she focuses primarily on the media and entertainment industry, drawing on her social science background to unpack not only why consumers make the media choices they do, but how the expanding media landscape actually influences who consumers become. Arin has applied this skill set to answer questions related to Teens’ and Millennials’ complex content needs and behaviors in the context of their life stages and evolving priorities.

Outside of work, Arin sharpens her analytical skills on crossword puzzles, and she is a three-time Seinfeld trivia champion (no small feat in NYC!). She is an avid traveler and loves how exploring the world opens new perspectives and inspires creativity in all aspects of her life.

Teamwork is the way to get to great, and great teamwork begins with passion for what you do.

Consumer insights have always been a driving force behind Arikan’s diverse background in management, brand, and marketing advisory. Throughout his career, he has advised clients on brand strategy, marketing effectiveness, go-to-market strategy, and customer experience. He’s worked in many industries, including media and entertainment, retail, consumer goods, technology, travel, and financial services.

As president, Arikan partners with clients on their most business-critical objectives, guides the strategic vision and growth of the agency, and oversees business operations to foster a happy team serving happy clients. Before joining Insight Strategy Group, Arikan held leadership roles at Prophet, a brand and marketing consultancy, and in the Consumer Strategy group at Deloitte Consulting. He started his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.

Arikan is a Turkish native and a long-time New Yorker who enjoys a regular dose of international travel. He is a fan of New York City’s diverse cultural offerings from food to the performing arts and has seen over 70 opera performances at the Met.

Clint is responsible for driving business development activities. He helps grow the business by identifying and engaging with new business opportunities and ensuring that clients have a successful and thriving relationship with the company. He also supports marketing activities in accordance with business objectives.

Clint is a seasoned market research professional with a demonstrated history of assisting clients navigate insights by transforming them into actionable solutions. He’s worked on a variety of research initiatives throughout his career, ranging from insight validation to product development to creative testing and brand tracking. His breadth of experience covers FMCG, travel and leisure, consumer healthcare, and food and beverage.

He frequents arts and cultural institutions in his free time. He is also an avid traveler, having explored some of the world’s most iconic cultural destinations.
